The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience with strong leadership, project planning, and continuous improvement capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, food technology or engineering and 2+ years' work experience OR equivalent combination of education and work experience

• Experience with working on Continuous Improvement Projects

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-shift manufacturing operations to meet product quality and delivery targets
• Ensure compliance with Abbott policies and regulatory requirements, including FDA and OSHA
• Drive cost management, OEE improvements, and adherence to budgetary goals
• Train and develop employees, coach teams, and manage staffing on the shifts
• Lead continuous improvement projects and track performance against CIP goals
