Job Overview

As a 3rd shift machine operator in our Nutrition plant, you will operate and maintain blending, CIP, MITS, and other processing systems, ensuring high quality product and compliance with FDA, OSHA, and Abbott policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate blend system/triblender and LCP operation and CIP Department
• Operate and CIP HTST/UHT systems, MITS system, CIP operation and responsibilities
• Perform PM responsibilities and documentation
• Milk/oil receiving, ingredient weighing/additions, dry blending, forklift operation
• Casein/PIW system, slurry room operations
• Maintain compliance with GMP, SMP, and safety requirements, minimize product/ingredient loss
• Conduct routine equipment checks and troubleshooting as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

Compensation

The base pay for this position is $20.85 – $41.75 per hour.
