Job summary
Banner Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Postpartum unit in Greeley, Colorado, working night shifts across three 12-hour shifts with weekend and holiday rotations. Prior Labor and Delivery and/or Postpartum experience is required.
The role offers a comprehensive development environment with cross-training opportunities and tuition support. Ideal candidates will hold a current RN license, BLS certification, and have acute care experience within the last year.
Qualifications
- Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
- BLS certification required; experience in acute care preferred.
- One year of acute care RN experience in last 12 months required.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and plan, implement and document nursing care per policy.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to develop discharge plans.
- Provide direct patient care and supervise staff as assigned.
- Communicate patient status clearly to physicians and caregivers.
