Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in acute care and high-risk obstetric care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care according to nursing standards.
• Formulate and revise care plans with patient and multidisciplinary team.
• Provide direct patient care, coordination, and supervision as assigned.
• Document care and patient responses accurately in medical records.
• Support education and mentoring of staff and students where applicable.
• Contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based practice in the unit.
