Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants seeks a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift with high energy and hands-on leadership. You will coach a large team, optimize labor, food, and paper costs, and deliver top-tier customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll earn a salary between $55,000 and $80,000 plus performance bonuses, including up to $15/hr appreciation pay and monthly sales-based bonuses. Enjoy a 4-day work week with 3 days off.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience in restaurant/hospitality preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to motivate a diverse crew and engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front on the night shift and coach a large team.
• Manage P&L costs including labor, food, and paper.
