Daniels Health is seeking a hands-on Night Shift Plant Supervisor to oversee operations at our Baltimore, MD facility. The role focuses on safety, compliance, and efficient plant performance through a frontline team, with responsibilities across production and dock areas on the night shift.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in plant/operations leadership, strong mechanical aptitude, and a track record of process improvement while upholding OSHA standards and quality/sanitation requirements.

Qualificações

• For candidate must have leadership experience in plant/warehouse/manufacturing operations.
• Hands-on problem solving and mechanical aptitude are essential.
• Experience implementing safety and regulatory standards (OSHA).
• Track record of improving processes and leading teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee night shift plant operations across production and dock targets.
• Promote safety via daily floor walkthroughs and weekly talks.
• Ensure OSHA/compliance standards and audits are met.
• Uphold quality and sanitation across processes and equipment.
• Plan daily capacity, labor, and workflow; manage inventory.
• Coach and develop team, support performance reviews.
• Support preventive maintenance and uptime with maintenance team.
• Monitor KPIs and escalate service-impacting issues.
