Daniels Health seeks a hands-on 2nd Shift Plant Supervisor for our Taylor, MI facility. You will lead a frontline team to drive safety, quality, and efficient plant performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage daily operations, enforce OSHA standards, and partner with maintenance and site leadership to maximize uptime and KPI results. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and a commitment to process discipline.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of plant/operations leadership experience.
• Hands-on mechanical problem-solving ability around industrial equipment.
• Experience in process-driven environments with clear standards.
• Familiarity with OSHA and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead 2nd shift plant operations to meet safety, quality, and throughput targets.
• Conduct daily safety walkthroughs and enforce PPE and hazard controls.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and regulatory standards and audits.
• Uphold sanitation and quality standards across processes and equipment.
• Plan daily capacity, labor coverage, and workflow; manage inventory.
• Coach and develop team members; support performance reviews.
• Support preventive maintenance and equipment uptime with maintenance team.
• Monitor KPIs and communicate service-impacting issues with sales/service.
