Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a hands-on Night Shift Plant Supervisor to oversee operations at our Baltimore, MD facility. This role is ideal for a mechanically inclined leader who drives safety, compliance, and efficient plant performance through a frontline team.

You will lead night shift operations across production and dock, champion safety, enforce OSHA standards, manage capacity and staffing, coach the team, and partner with maintenance to maximize uptime.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of plant/operations leadership experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort around industrial equipment.
• Experience in a process-driven environment with clear standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead night shift plant operations across production and dock to meet safety, quality, and throughput targets.
• Champion safety through daily floor walks, PPE, hazard control, and incident reporting.
• Ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance and enforce standards.
• Uphold quality and sanitation across processes and equipment.
• Plan daily capacity, labor coverage, and workflow; manage inventory.
• Coach and develop team; support performance reviews and cross-train shift.
• Support preventive maintenance and equipment uptime with maintenance and site leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and escalate issues with sales, service, and logistics.
