Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee night-shift production at the Cold Spring, MN facility. You will direct plant processing activities, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

You will lead and develop supervisors, manage budgets, and collaborate with departments and USDA for operational excellence, aiming for efficiency and cost control in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Management, Agriculture, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in manufacturing/food production or related environment.
• Experience with safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all plant production and processing activities to meet safety, quality, yield, and efficiency goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and team members for daily performance and growth.
• Administer policies to maintain high standards for safety, food safety, quality, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement operational goals, budgets, and departmental plans.
• Conduct leadership meetings to review performance metrics and provide direction.
