Job summary

Mountaire Farms is seeking a Night Shift Master Electrician to lead electrical mechanics and ensure plant operations with minimal downtime. You will supervise maintenance, repairs, and installations, while maintaining safety and compliance across the facility.

The role requires journeyman/master electrician certifications and HazMat training, with a focus on keeping the electrical grid reliable for production needs.

Qualifications

• 7-10 yrs industrial manufacturing or skilled trades experience.
• Journeyman or master electrician certifications required.
• HazMat trained is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead for all electrical mechanics, directing work and training others.
• Execute maintenance, repair, and improvement schedules for electrical systems.
• Repair and troubleshoot complex electrical processes to ensure uptime.
• Follow safety requirements including PPE and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Provide daily/weekly reports on work completed, materials used, and hours.
