Job summary

Mountaire Farms in Millsboro, Delaware is seeking a skilled maintenance mechanic to repair, program, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment to ensure peak performance on our processing lines.

The shift is Sunday through Thursday, 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. You will complete PMs and work orders, set up/tear down equipment, and respond to breakdowns while contributing to Mountaire's culture of safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school or technical education is required.
• Trade work experience is preferred.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Certificates or vendor training are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete PMs as assigned.
• Complete work orders as assigned.
• Set up/tear down/adjust equipment.
• Trouble shooting
• Respond to breakdowns
