Mountaire Farms in North Carolina seeks a Night Shift supervisor to lead superintendents, supervisors and hourly associates, focusing on safety, quality and productivity.

You will develop process improvements, manage project plans, coordinate schedules, and ensure milestones and targets are met while upholding HACCP standards. The role offers a strong culture of safety and ample growth opportunities within a leading poultry producer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Agriculture, Operations Management or Business.
• 5-7 years supervisory/management experience in poultry or manufacturing.
• Experience with financial analysis in operations and HACCP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring milestones, financial targets and success metrics are met.
• Developing process improvements to increase level of service using resources.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, including scope, costs, resources and timing.
• Developing, managing and maintaining ongoing work plans and coordinating schedules.
• Promote and enforce a culture of safety.
