Job summary

Mountaire Farms is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance, repair and improvement of plant systems and equipment. You will manage a team of electricians and refrigeration technicians, monitor metrics and budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a maintenance field, with experience in manufacturing management and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a maintenance-related field.
• Certifications in general maintenance, electrical and/or refrigeration preferred.
• Experience managing multiple technicians in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repair and improvement of plant equipment within budget.
• Manage staffing, development and performance of electricians and refrigeration techs.
• Monitor area metrics and cost per pound; oversee M&R budget.
• Run safety programs ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
• Enforce HR/Safety procedures including Kronos and Fusion activities; oversee disciplinary actions.
