Qualifications

• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and have excellent driving skills.
• Experience in mining or construction environments preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Management in daily plant activities and operations.
• Ensure safety of employees, visitors, and themselves.
• Enforce company and regulatory policies.
• May conduct site-specific training for employees and vendors.
• Troubleshoot production issues and communicate work assignments.
• Coordinate daily plant activities and decisions with management.
• Report plant and employee needs to supervisors.
