Job summary

BFC Solutions is hiring a Lead Warehouse Associate for the Nashville, TN area. This full-time, third-shift role requires hands-on leadership to keep overnight production safe, organized, and on schedule.

You will coach operators, ensure safety compliance, and resolve staffing and equipment issues on the production floor. The position emphasizes现场 supervision, quality checks, and collaboration with maintenance and other support groups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant manufacturing experience allowed in lieu of education.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, production, or warehouse roles; lead/trainer experience is a plus.
• Understanding of production workflows, standard work, quality controls, and safety expectations.
• Ability to read schedules and accurately log output, downtime and shift data.

Responsibilities

• Lead third-shift startup and align priorities to meet daily output goals.
• Monitor line performance, identify gaps and quality issues, take appropriate action.
• Assign daily work, manage attendance, and report staffing gaps to supervisor.
• Ensure operators are trained and authorized for equipment including forklifts.
• Maintain shift records for counts, downtime, scrap and rework.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and escalate issues to plant leadership.
• Promote safe work practices and 5S standards across the shift.
