BFC Solutions is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate for the overnight shift in Nashville, TN. This hands-on lead coordinates daily work, coaches the team, and ensures safety, quality, and on-time production.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing/warehouse, strong communication, and forklift experience. The Lead works with the Production Supervisor and supports cross-training to handle shift coverage and operational needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred; related manufacturing experience may substitute.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, production, or warehouse roles preferred; lead/trainer experience a plus.
• Familiarity with production workflows, standard work, basic quality controls, and safety expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead third shift: coordinate activities, assign tasks, and ensure on-time execution.
• Monitor production lines for output gaps, quality issues, and downtime; take action.
• Verify operators are trained and authorized for their tasks and equipment, including PIT forklifts.
• Maintain shift records: counts, downtime, attendance, and quality adjustments.
• Coach and train new/existing staff on standard work, safety, and housekeeping.
• Escalate urgent staffing, safety, and equipment issues to plant leadership.
