BB Nash in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a Production Manager (nights) to lead the night shift, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and coordinate with FSQA, Maintenance, Engineering, and Warehouse to ensure reliable production. The role reports to the Operations Manager and coaches team leads and operators to sustain high performance.

The position emphasizes strong adherence to GMPs, HACCP/SQF, and food safety, with responsibilities for shift records, line clearance, and recall

Formación

• 3+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing or high‑volume production.
• Experience leading frontline manufacturing teams.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules during installation, commissioning, startup, and ramp‑up.

Responsabilidades

• Lead nightly production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency targets.
• Provide coaching and development to team leads and operators.
• Monitor line performance and adjust staffing and workflows as needed.
• Ensure shift startup, handoff, and performance discussions with plant leadership.
• Maintain accountability for staffing, attendance, training, and execution on the shift.
• Partner with FSQA, Maintenance, Engineering, and Warehouse to ensure safe, reliable production.
