Wolfspeed is seeking a photolithography process technician to support the photolithography process engineering group in the NY area. The role involves monitoring, testing, and documenting DOE data, qualifying new tools, and presenting results to engineers to identify yield issues or test new products.

A photolithography process technician (PT) performs technical tests, experiments, tool qualifications and recoveries for the photolithography process engineering group. A PT monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators. PTs process test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
This position will work a 12-hour Back End night shift with a “3on-4off-4on-3off” alternating schedule.

The posted salary range is what Wolfspeed reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual pay for a hired applicant will be determined based on the individual’s job-relevant qualifications, experience, and other determinative factors. In the event it is determined that a different job level upon hire is warranted then that range will be communicated to the hired applicant as soon as reasonably practicable.
Compensation Range: $19.30 - $26.55
