Job summary

Wolfspeed, Inc. is seeking a Photolithography Process Technician in New York for a 12-hour night shift (4on-4off-3on-3off, 6 PM–6:15 AM). You will work with Engineering to qualify new processes and tools, document DOE data, and help meet yield and cycle-time goals.

Associates degree or 1+ year technical experience is required, with cleanroom exposure and light lifting. The posted salary range is $19.30–$26.55 per hour. Actual pay depends on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 1 year of technical experience.
• Ability to work in ISO 5 (class 100) clean room for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and stand or walk most of a shift.

Responsibilities

• Work with Engineering to develop and qualify new processes and tool sets.
• Characterize, document and present data from design of experiments (DOE).
• Report and document process issues and equipment malfunctions; take corrective action.
• Assist in creating new procedures and refine existing ones.
• Collaborate to achieve quarterly yield and cycle-time goals.
