Job summary

Wolfspeed is seeking a photolithography process technician (PT) to join the engineering group in a 12-hour back-end night shift with a 3on-4off-4on-3off schedule. You will perform tests, qualify tools, and generate records and graphs for DOE presentations to engineering.

The role requires an associates degree or 1+ year technical experience, and the ability to work in an ISO 5 clean room, including lifting up to 25 lbs and standing or walking for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests, experiments, tool qualifications for photolithography.
• Monitor, audit, and guide line operators; prepare data for DOE.
• Report issues; coordinate with Engineers & Maintenance to resolve.
• Assist in creating or refining procedures; aim for yield and cycle-time goals.
