Qualifications

• 3+ years of phlebotomy experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or GED with relevant certification as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws, label and handle specimens per protocol.
• Centrifuge specimens and maintain accurate data logs.
• Explain venipuncture procedures clearly to patients and obtain consent.
• Package and transport specimens according to safety and regulatory standards.
• Ensure accurate matching of requisitions to specimens and proper labeling.
