Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Active pharmacist license in the state of employment.
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws and federal/state regulations concerning patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical data review, prescription verification, and virtual patient consultations in compliance with regulations.
• Manage end-to-end prescription fulfillment, including dispensing medications using automated systems and manual fill.
• Package and prepare prescriptions for shipment or site injection, including handling of refrigerated and bulk items.
• Maintain quality standards and safety protocols while meeting CPT and production targets.
• Split time between verification and fulfillment duties based on operational needs and volume.
• Perform DUR and ensure accurate documentation in pharmacy systems.
