Qualifications

• Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations governing patient care.
• Active pharmacist license in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical data review, prescription verification, and virtual patient consultations per regulations.
• Manage end-to-end prescription fulfillment, including dispensing medications with automated and manual methods.
• Package and prepare prescriptions for shipment or site injection, including refrigerated/bulk items.
• Maintain quality and safety standards while meeting CPT and production targets.
• Document DURs and ensure accurate records in pharmacy systems.
