Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our online pharmacy team. You will perform clinical data review, verify prescriptions, and provide virtual patient consultations in compliance with state and federal regulations.

You will manage end-to-end prescription fulfillment using automated systems (Parata Max2) and manual fill while upholding safety and quality standards. The role requires a PharmD or PharmD with a license, knowledge of state/federal laws, and the ability to work a 10-hour

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science, or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
Knowledge of pharmacy laws and federal/state regulations
Proficiency with basic computer functions and pharmacy systems
Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in your state of employment

Responsibilities

Perform clinical data review, prescription verification, and virtual patient consultations in compliance with state and federal regulations
Manage end-to-end prescription fulfillment, including dispensing medications using automated systems (Parata Max2) and manual fill
Package and prepare prescriptions for shipment, including handling of refrigerated and bulk items
Maintain quality standards and safety protocols while meeting CPT and production targets
Split time between prescription verification and fulfillment based on operational needs and patient volume
Monitor and document DUR and ensure accurate records in pharmacy systems
