Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or PharmD/Pharmacy degree.
• Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of employment.
• Proficiency with basic computer functions and pharmacy systems.
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws and state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical data review, prescription verification, and virtual patient consultations per regulations.
• Manage end-to-end prescription fulfillment using automated systems and manual fill.
• Package and prepare prescriptions for shipment, handling refrigerated and bulk items.
• Maintain quality and safety standards while meeting CPT and production targets.
• Split time between verification and fulfillment based on operational needs.
• Conduct thorough DUR and document accurately in pharmacy systems.
• Monitor and manage pharmacy inventory compliantly.
• Collaborate with technicians and pharmacists to maintain workflow.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and adapt to changing priorities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and report safety concerns.
• Complete daily tasks including returns, rejects, substitutions, and approvals.
