Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or PharmD/licensure in the U.S.
• Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of employment
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws and federal/state regulations concerning patient care
• Experience with basic computer functions and pharmacy systems

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical data review, prescription verification, and virtual patient consultations per regulations
• Manage end-to-end prescription fulfillment, including dispensing using automated systems
• Package and prepare prescriptions for shipment or site injection, including refrigerated or bulk items
• Maintain quality standards and safety protocols while meeting CPT and production targets
• Split time between verification and fulfillment duties based on operational needs
• Perform DUR and ensure accurate documentation in pharmacy systems
• Monitor and manage pharmacy inventory effectively and compliantly
• Collaborate with technicians and pharmacists to maintain workflow
• Report quality or safety concerns promptly and maintain regulatory compliance
• Complete daily tasks including processing returns, rejects, substitutions, and canister approvals
