Job summary

Rangen Group, a pet food production company, seeks a Night Shift Plant Supervisor to lead production, quality, and safety programs. You will supervise operators, coordinate schedules, and uphold Food Safety Systems to meet production goals and continuous improvement targets.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of manufacturing lead experience and 1+ year supervisory experience, with ERP and Excel proficiency, and a proven ability to coach and develop staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of manufacturing lead experience.
• 1+ years of manufacturing supervisor experience.
• Pet food manufacturing experience helpful.
• ERP systems experience is required.
• Intermediate Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate activities of all pet food production, quality, and manufacturing.
• Supervise plant operators, warehouse, and machine operator personnel.
• Ensure daily use and practice of Food Safety Systems.
• Direct and coordinate activities of employees engaged in production.
• Confer with other managers to coordinate operations within or between departments.
