Job summary

Rimrock Trails in Central Oregon seeks a Peer Support Specialist (PSS)/Treatment Aide (TA) to support teens in a residential program. You will help implement individualized plans, use motivational interviewing, and provide cognitive, behavioral, and emotional support to residents.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, participate in daily schedules, and assist with class activities, community outings, and safety protocols to promote recovery and well-being.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Experience with teens is preferred.
Ability to document and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with the team.
Provide cognitive, behavioral, and emotional support to clients.
Engage in crisis de-escalation and trauma-informed interventions.
Supervise daily routines and activities to ensure safety and structure.
Transport residents to appointments and supervise activities as needed.
