Job summary

Pioneer Human Services is seeking a Residential Treatment Specialist for night shifts Thursday to Sunday (9pm–7am) to support residents’ treatment plans and daily living skills in a Washington state location. You’ll work with a team to provide care, document progress, and implement behavioral health programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical care and implement programming to support each resident's treatment plan.
• Document observations and input to the Individual Treatment Plan.
• Supervise resident movement, activities and rule compliance.
• Assist residents with health and hygiene needs.
• Assist with planning structured activities to promote social and independent living skills.
• Transport residents to outside activities as needed, may drive a 15-passenger van.
