Job summary

Rimrock Trails Treatment Services in Oregon is seeking an ARC Peer Support Specialist to join the Outpatient team in Crook County. You will collaborate with the ARC Lead and Care Coordinator to coordinate services, provide education about recovery, and support families navigating care with warm handoffs.

The role emphasizes community-based engagement, 120-day follow-up, and linkage to supportive services, with a focus on empowering clients through peer-led strategies.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Completion of certified peer support training per Oregon rules.
Valid Oregon driver\u2019s license.
Ability to advocate, coach, and educate clients.
Experience with peer-delivered services preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide peer support and coordinate care with ARC team.
Assist in navigation of services and warm handoffs.
Lead outreach and harm reduction activities.
Document encounters and maintain client confidentiality.
Engage with youth and families to promote recovery.
