Job summary

Banner Health in Sun City, AZ is hiring a Registered Nurse for our PCU/IMCU unit (Cardiac and General Progressive Care). You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care on a 75-bed unit with varied shifts.

This PT role offers an $5,000 sign-on bonus for Days and $7,500 for Nights, with a 12-month commitment, plus an 18% night differential and weekend differential.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice
• BLS certification
• Experience in acute care settings preferred
• Ability to work varied shifts and adapt to unit needs

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, and discharge needs.
• Plan and coordinate care with multidisciplinary team.
• Implement and document nursing care per plan of care.
• Evaluate patient progress and update care plan as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and communications with care team
