Bon Secours Mercy Health's St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, OH is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) for full-time night shifts (7pm–7am) on 5E, a unit serving adult med-surg and pediatrics.

The PCT provides basic nursing-support tasks under RN supervision, including vital signs, personal care, and helping patients with daily activities. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, accurate documentation, and effective communication with nurses and families.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families and staff.
• Ability to report changes and concerns to the nurse in charge.
• Willingness to adapt and remain proactive in a fast-changing hospital environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide basic patient care including hygiene, mobility support and comfort.
• Measure and document vital signs and patient observations accurately.
