Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs general patient care including bathing, hygiene, dressing, and comfort.
• Observes patient responses and reports to RN/Physician.
• Obtains and records vital signs.
• Assists with mobility, range of motion, and daily activities.
• Performs venipunctures and collects specimens; ensures timely transport to lab.
• Operates basic equipment and documents patient information accurately.
• Assists with meals and feeding; responds to patient and caregiver needs.
