• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• PCT-related training or CNA/EMT/NCCT certificates preferred; hireable with program upon hire.
• BCLS certification required prior to independent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under nursing supervision, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and linen changes.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges; document care and data as directed.
• Maintain a safe, clean patient environment and respond to patient/family needs.
• Collaborate with nurses to adjust care to patient populations and cultural needs.
