Texas Health Resources in Dallas, TX is seeking a Patient Care Tech (PCT) for the Orthopedics (Ortho) unit. Full-time nights (6:45 PM–7:15 AM) on a rotating schedule. The 35-bed unit offers self-scheduling and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced environment.

The role supports nursing staff with basic patient care, assists with activities of daily living, and ensures a safe, clean environment. Required on hire: High School Diploma; BCLS; CPI training within 90 days; CNA/PCT certification

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of acute care experience preferred.
• TX CNA or PCT Training Program required upon hire.
• BCLS required prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly.
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within 90 days upon hire.

Aufgaben

• Provide basic patient care under nursing supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing).
• Document and report patient data to nurses.
• Maintain a clean, safe patient environment.
• Assist with transfers and transport as needed.
