Job summary

Responsibilities

• Document patient trip via Hospital Throughput system.
• Transport patients to and from care areas; assist patients to/from vehicle.
• Communicate with patients regarding departure and with RN before departure.
• Safely move patients in bed/wheelchair and assist with stretcher transfers.
• Maintain cleanliness of patient equipment and report issues.
