Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a patient transport associate to move patients between care areas, document trips in the Hospital Throughput system, assist with transfers, and help patients with dressing, while ensuring safety and clear communication with care teams. This night-shift role (11:00pm–7:00am) includes rotating weekends and holidays, and offers a pay range of $17.69–$27.44 per hour.

A high school diploma and CPR/BLS are required, with on‑the‑job training, prior customer service

Qualificações

• On the job training.
• Basic computer experience required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Previous experience in a healthcare environment preferred

Responsabilidades

• Document patient trips via Hospital Throughput computer program.
• General transport of patients to and from care areas.
• Assist patients to/from their vehicle and with dressing/undressing as required.
• Communicate with the patient and nursing staff regarding departure and arrival.
• Maintain cleanliness of patient equipment and report equipment issues
