• Interacts with peers and customers and supports staff development
• Maintains relationships between departments for effective transport coordination
• Assists in developing processes and policies and collects data on volumes
• Assists in training staff and maintaining office practices and procedures
• Uses dispatching software and radios to coordinate transports
• Adjusts staffing based on department needs
