Qualifications

• Must be able to interact professionally with customers, internal and external to the Hospitals.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ability to learn and utilize applicable software.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates patient admission processes.
• Answers intercom and routes requests promptly.
• Arranges patient transportation to external agencies.
• Coordinates work orders and updates staff on status.
• Maintains patient records per policy; obtains necessary signatures.
• Inputs charges and assists in staff orientation; covers units as needed; runs errands.
• Answers calls promptly and courteously.
