R1 RCM Inc. is hiring a Patient Registration Customer Service Representative in Evansville, IN. You will be the first face patients meet at check-in, guiding them through the registration process and answering questions with confidence and compassion.

No healthcare background? Training is provided as this role is a strong launchpad for a healthcare career. You will work nights—6:00 PM to 6:30 AM—for three 12-hour shifts per week, including rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Register patients across multiple computer systems efficiently.
• Answer phones and collect information quickly and accurately.
• Assist patients who may be ill, anxious, or confused and provide reassurance.
• Navigate insurance plans and coverage details with training.
• Build rapport and ease patient concerns in real time.
