R1 RCM Inc. in Indiana is seeking a Patient Registration Customer Service Representative to be the friendly first contact as patients check in. You’ll gather information, answer questions, and guide guests through the registration process with empathy and clarity.

No healthcare background? No problem. We provide training. This role is fast-paced, involves phones and in-person interactions, and offers a base pay between $16.50 and $20.66 per hour along with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and meet vaccination requirements.

Responsibilities

• Register patients across multiple computer systems.
• Answer phones and gather information quickly and accurately.
• Assist patients who may be ill, anxious, or confused.
• Navigate diverse insurance plans (with training).
• Build rapport and ease patient concerns in real time.
