Competenze

• Associates degree required with 1 year of healthcare experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Lean Sigma experience preferred.
• Must be able to schedule and coordinate with hospital staff 24/7 and meet shifting demands.

• Schedule and coordinate patient placements in inpatient units.
• Monitor and adjust staffing resources to ensure bed availability.
