Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus, IN is seeking a Resource Specialist for the Command Center. You will schedule and coordinate staff, monitor patient flow, and ensure patients are placed in the right beds to support a seamless hospital experience.

The role requires an associate degree with healthcare experience or equivalent, and Lean Sigma is preferred. The position is full-time with a comprehensive benefits package and shift differentials as applicable.

Qualificações

• Associate degree and 1 year of healthcare experience or 5 years of healthcare experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Lean Sigma experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule, monitor and coordinate with hospital staff to ensure adequate coverage 24 hours a day.
• Facilitate patient transfers to the right bed in a timely manner.
• Support smooth patient flow and contribute to a positive patient experience.
