Job summary

Premier Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Regional Referral Center in Dayton, Ohio. The role is part-time nights (7:00pm-7:30am, 48 hours per pay) with responsibilities spanning the System Access Center and Patient Logistics coordination.

The RN will supervise Access Center staff, assess complex transfer needs, and communicate with referring/accepting physicians to optimize admission decisions and patient flow.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• RN licensure in Ohio and valid CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 3 years acute care hospital RN experience.
• Preference for ED or ICU experience.
• Ability to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support all roles within the Regional Referral Center Access Call Center.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Access Center coordinators and ASCC.
• Coordinate transfers, admissions, and bed placement across Premier Health facilities.
• Monitor and respond to system alerts (Stroke, AMI, hip fracture, sepsis).
• Collaborate with physicians to plan appropriate level of care and ensure smooth transfers.
