Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a safe, organized environment.
• Collects and records vital signs and other patient data, reporting to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Supports patients with meals, bathing, grooming, and activities of daily living.
• Assists with mobility, positioning, and use of walkers or wheelchairs.
• Assists with specimen collection and point-of-care glucose monitoring.
• Communicates patient information effectively to the care team and adheres to safety protocols.
