Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in an acute care setting or currently enrolled in a Nursing program preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff in delivering basic patient care and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Record vital signs, height, weight, oxygen saturation, intake/output, and report findings to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Support patients with meals, feeding, bathing, oral care, grooming, linen changes, skin care, and elimination assistance.
• Assist with patient positioning, repositioning, dangling, ambulation, and use mobility aids.
• Collect urine/stool samples and perform blood glucose monitoring; document results.
