Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, CPR/BLS certification, and potential CNA/STNA credentials. Weekend and holiday work are required, with possible shift rotations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR/BLS certification required after UTMC Healthcare Tech training or exemption if CNA/STNA on file.
• Active CNA/STNA or recent nursing program completion may waive UTMC Healthcare Tech course.
• Ability to write legibly, speak articulately, and follow directions accurately.
• Willingness to work some weekends and holidays; rotation of shifts and units.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate and assist in meeting patient needs under RN delegation.
• Follow direction of RN, Lead/Charge Nurse, Nursing Director/Assistant Nursing Director, and House Supervisor.
