Job summary

Summit Hospital in Show Low, AZ is seeking a Patient Care Tech (Float) for full-time night shift. You will assist nursing staff with basic patient care, monitor vital signs, provide personal hygiene, and support mobility and comfort for diverse patients.

This role requires High School diploma, CPR/AED certification, and direct observer training; prior clinical exposure is preferred. You’ll work under supervision and be part of a team dedicated to safe, compassionate patient care and HIPAA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• CPR Certification (BLS/CPR AED) required.
• Direct Observer Training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic patient care including vital signs, hygiene, positioning and mobility support.
• Assists with admissions, transfers and discharges and documents patient care.
• Maintains a safe patient environment and communicates with nursing and medical staff.
