Responsibilities

• Assist patients with changing and dressing.
• Transport patients by stretcher, bed, or wheelchair.
• Identify abnormal findings in vital signs, labs, EKG, or CXR and report to nursing staff.
• Escort patients to holding rooms and orient them to the environment.
• Verify patient information and ensure correct patient identity.
• Support clinical staff in delivering routine delegated patient care tasks.
