Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Virtual Monitor Tech / Float PCA for 36 hours on nights at Newton-Wellesley Hospital, onsite. The role requires CNA/PCT/MA/EMT certification or equivalent experience, with nursing students preferred for training pathways.

The position offers a $750 sign-on bonus and a starting pay range based on the posted rates. The PCA will work under a registered nurse to support clinical functions and promote safe patient care.

Qualifications

• Certification as a CNA, PCT, MA, EMT or commensurate experience required, unless incumbent is currently enrolled in the NWH Patient Care Associate Training Program.
• Nursing students hired as PCAs preferably enrolled in BSN or direct-entry Masters' programs.
